Ingredients
Reduced-calorie margarine
⅓ cup(s), soft
Sugar
⅓ cup(s)
Honey
¼ cup(s)
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp
Dried mixed fruit
1¼ cup(s), such as raisins, apples and cranberries
Uncooked quick oats
1 cup(s)
Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1¾ cup(s), coarsely crushed
Chopped walnuts (unsalted, raw or dry roasted, no sugar added)

Instructions

Combine margarine, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool and then cut into 16 pieces. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
