Nut and Fruit Breakfast Bites

Pair one or two of these crunchy, chewy bites with nonfat yogurt or a piece of fruit and you've got a great breakfast on the run.
reduced-calorie margarine⅓ cup(s), soft
ground cinnamon½ tsp
dried mixed fruit1 ¼ cup(s), such as raisins, apples and cranberries
uncooked quick oats1 cup(s)
uncooked old fashioned oats1 ¾ cup(s), coarsely crushed
chopped walnuts¼ cup(s)
- Combine margarine, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool and then cut into 16 pieces. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
