Ingredients

Light mayonnaise

1 Tbsp

Siete Creamy Jalapeno Botana Sauce

1 Tbsp

Fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp, or to taste

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Nori seaweed

2 sheet(s), large size

Uncooked pea shoots

½ cup(s), or arugula

Cucumber

½ small, cut into long matchsticks

Cooked salmon

3 oz, cut into 2 [1 1/2 oz] pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Siete sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Divide between the sheets of nori.
  2. Top each piece of nori with half the vegetables and a piece of salmon. Roll up to form wraps.
  3. Serving size: 1 wrap
