Wake up your usual oatmeal with an assortment of fresh colors, flavors, and textures. Feel free to change things up with other berries, such as strawberries or blackberries, or other fruit such as oranges or bananas.

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup(s)
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 tsp
Table salt
1 pinch(es)
Ground cinnamon
1 pinch(es)
Blueberries
½ cup(s)
Raspberries
½ cup(s)
Slivered almonds (unsalted, no oil or sugar added)
1½ Tbsp, toasted if desired
Ready-to-eat granola cereal

Instructions

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together 1 cup water, oats, monk fruit sweetener, salt, and cinnamon. Microwave on High until done, 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon the oatmeal into a shallow bowl. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, almonds, and granola.
