Microwave broccoli with spicy garlic oil

Combine broccoli and water in large microwavable bowl. Cover and microwave on High until broccoli is crisp-tender, 3–31/2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking. Drain. Return broccoli to same bowl.

Meanwhile, heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add oil mixture and salt to broccoli; toss to coat. Serve with lemon wedges.
