With just four ingredients, these creamy popsicles are exactly the easy treat you need on your summer to-do list. They take just five minutes to make and combine two of the season’s most well-loved fruits. Everything gets pureed in the blender, poured into the popsicle molds, and then frozen overnight. The toughest part of this recipe is waiting for them to be ready. Substitute nectarines or strawberries for the mango or peaches in this recipe for a change of pace. When choosing both the mangoes and the peaches, give them a gentle squeeze. They should give a little under light pressure. If they’re still hard, give them a day or two to ripen.
