Fresh and flavorful, this fruity salsa goes wonderfully with Latin-inspired chicken or fish kebabs.

Ingredients

avocado

1½ medium, or 1 large, Hass variety, pitted, peeled, and diced

mango(es)

1 large, pitted, peeled and diced

fresh tomato(es)

1 large, beefsteak variety, diced

uncooked red onion(s)

2 Tbsp, chopped, finely chopped

fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp

cilantro

2 tsp, chopped, or to taste

table salt

1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Serving size: 1/4 cup
