Ingredients

Cold brew, restaurant type

12 fl oz

Sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup

2 Tbsp

Half and half cream

2 Tbsp, divided

Sugar-free vanilla syrup

1 tsp

Lotus Biscoff Cookies

½ cookie(s), or similar product

Instructions

Add cold brew to a tall glass of ice. Stir in the brown sugar cinnamon syrup and 1 tbsp half and half.

In a small cup, combine the vanilla syrup and the remaining 1 tbsp half and half. Using a frother, process into a cold foam. Pour the cold foam over the cold brew mixture and serve with the cookie half.
