Sugar

Ground cinnamon

Ground nutmeg

Ground ginger

Fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp

Old-fashioned rolled oats

1 Tbsp

Packed light brown sugar

1 Tbsp

All-purpose flour

1 Tbsp

Coconut oil

1 tsp

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a small bowl, toss together apple slices, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and lemon juice; spoon into a 6 oz ramekin.

In another small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and flour; spoon over apples and then drizzle with oil.

Bake until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden, about 35 to 45 minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
