This fresher-than-from-the-farmstand apple crisp is a perfect portion for one. It’s just the right size when you want to enjoy dessert but don't want a whole apple crisp on hand.


Ingredients
Apple
1 large
Sugar
0.5 tsp
Ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp
Ground nutmeg
0.25 tsp
Ground ginger
0.25 tsp
Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp
Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbsp
Packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp
All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp
Coconut oil
1 tsp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a small bowl, toss together apple slices, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and lemon juice; spoon into a 6 oz ramekin.

In another small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and flour; spoon over apples and then drizzle with oil.

Bake until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden, about 35 to 45 minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
