This recipe combines a variety of complex flavors. The sweetness of the strawberries is complemented by the tart fruitiness and mellow flavor of the balsamic glaze, and jalapeño pepper turns up the heat. Depending on your taste, you can swap in mint or cilantro for the basil, though strawberry-basil is a classic combo we love!
