This retro-favorite is packed with fresh herbs. With just six ingredients mixed together, this tangy dressing can be made in less than 10 minutes. The anchovies add a depth of flavor to this recipe. Make it ahead and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator to use all week long. It's best on simple salads with lettuce, celery and sliced radishes. Ingredients

Fat free mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

Fat free sour cream

2 Tbsp

Chives

2 Tbsp, or green part of a scallion, finely minced

Fresh parsley

2 Tbsp, finely minced

White wine vinegar

1 Tbsp

Anchovies packed in oil

1 average, minced

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until creamy. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
