Greek yogurt makes a great starting point for veggie dips. It's very versatile, too: Swap in onion soup mix for the ranch seasoning and chopped shallots for the chives. Or go Italian with some dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil. Though pepper strips make great dippers, try endive leaves, chunks of fennel, and lightly steamed broccoli florets, too.
