This super fast and tasty shrimp boasts the flavors of garlic, sweet smoked paprika, parsley, lemon juice and cilantro. We preferred sweet smoked paprika in this dish for its sweet, smoky flavor, but you can also use regular paprika if you prefer. We cleaned and deveined the shrimp in cold water and placed the shrimp on a paper towel to absorb any additional water. Make sure to spread the shrimp in a single layer across the pan so that they cook evenly. If you like, serve the shrimp over a bed of steamed spinach drizzled with lemon juice.

Garlic

6 medium clove(s)

Paprika

Toss shrimp with salt. Heat large heavy skillet over high heat until very hot. Lightly coat bottom of pan with 1 teaspoon oil; heat until lightly smoking. Add half of shrimp in single layer.
