If you’ve ever enjoyed frozen grapes or berries, one-up your game with yogurt-covered fruit that offers a little protein boost. We use plain nonfat Greek yogurt that we lightly sweeten for a honey-kissed effect. Freeze the fruit spaced apart on a sheet pan, and then transfer to a resealable freezer bag or covered container once firm. We like a mixture of fruit, but you can use all of one type if you prefer.

Ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¾ cup(s)
Honey
1½ tsp
Grapes
¾ cup(s)
Blueberries
½ cup(s)
Raspberries
½ cup(s)
