Fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Plain unsweetened almond milk

Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping

Instructions

Stir together the pudding mix and milk. Let it sit 5 minutes to thicken.

Line a 9 X 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread the pudding in the bottom of the baking pan.

Put the pudding in the freezer 1 hour or until it is frozen.

Spread the Cool Whip evenly over the pudding. Put back in the freezer until it is frozen.

Place 3 rows of 10 graham cracker sections over frozen Cool Whip and remove parchment paper from pan.

Cut around each graham cracker with a knife so you have 30 equal pieces of frozen s'mores. Sandwich each piece with a remaining graham cracker to make 30 sandwiches.
