Frozen mudslide shooters
Everyone will want to slide in the mud with these decadent sweet drinks. WW ice cream bars give these festive shooters great flavor and frosty texture. Freezing the shot glasses ahead of time, and then with the chocolate syrup for presentation keeps the sludgy cocktail or after dinner treat icy cold. You could serve these shooters at the end of a cocktail gathering, but they win top points as a ready-in-5-minutes dessert for grown ups. - Place 8 (3 to 4 oz.) shooter glasses in freezer until well-chilled.
- Take glasses out of freezer and drizzle 2 tsp. syrup decoratively around sides of each shooter glass. Place glasses back in freezer for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Put ice cream bars, ice, liqueur and vodka in blender and blend until smooth.
- Take glasses out of freezer. Pour mudslides into glasses and serve.
Yields 1 (3 oz.) drink per serving.
