A frosty, eye-opening beverage or a nearly frozen after dinner treat? Either way, this quick, cold blender cappuccino gets its froth from whirring with ice cubes and its caffeine kick from instant espresso powder. A dose of cinnamon makes it authentically Italian. You can sip it straight up, or transfer the cappuccino to the freezer for a few minutes - 15 to 20 - and call it dessert. Cappuccino is a great conclusion to any meal.
