Fried eggs with roasted sweet potato wedges and mixed greens

½ small, sliced
½ cup(s), sliced
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
WW Zesty herb sauce

- Cook eggs in a nonstick skillet until desired degree of doneness. Serve with warmed sweet potato wedges, and a salad of mixed greens, tomato, and cucumber drizzled with yogurt mixed with the herb sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
