Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, pepper flakes, and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp is just cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Gradually add the spinach, stirring to wilt the spinach before adding more. Stir in the lemon zest and salt. Serve with lemon wedges.
