Dijon mustard

Uncooked 94% lean ground turkey

Reduced fat cheddar cheese

Plain hamburger bun

Ketchup
4 Tbsp

4 leaf/leaves, large

Coarsely grate the apple and 1/4 of the onion. Add to a large bowl along with the Dijon, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the turkey to the bowl and mix. Form into 4 patties (about 1/2-inch thick).

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil on medium. Add the burgers to the skillet. Cook 4 minutes. Turn burgers over and cover. Cook another 2 minutes. Top each with 1 1/2 tbsp of Cheddar. Cook another 2 to 4 minutes, until cheese melts and burger is cooked through.

Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, ketchup, and remaining red onion.
