Uncooked macaroni
5 oz
Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Pickle juice

Light mayonnaise

Cook the macaroni in boiling water until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, pickle juice, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the bell peppers, onion, pickles, and cooked pasta. Spoon into a serving bowl; sprinkle with the parsley.
