This smoothie is great as a meal or you can split it into two servings for a snack. For a thicker smoothie, freeze some almond milk in ice cube trays and swap some milk cubes for some of the milk before you blend the ingredients.


Ingredients
Unsweetened frozen blueberries
¼ cup(s)
Protein powder
2 Tbsp, vanilla-flavor
Dried chia seeds
1 Tbsp
Almond butter (unsalted, no oil or sugar added)
½ Tbsp
Ice cube
3 cube(s)
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cup(s), vitamin and mineral fortified
Instructions

In the base of a blender, add blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and ice cubes. Pour in milk.
