Coach Lisa loves volume and this smoothie hits the mark for both quantity and deliciousness. This smoothie is great as a meal or you can split it into two servings for a snack. For a thicker smoothie, freeze some almond milk in ice cube trays and swap some milk cubes for some of the milk before you blend the ingredients.

Almond butter

Instructions

  1. In the base of a blender, add blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and ice cubes. Pour in milk.
