This smoothie is great as a meal or you can split it into two servings for a snack. For a thicker smoothie, freeze some almond milk in ice cube trays and swap some milk cubes for some of the milk before you blend the ingredients.

Unsweetened frozen blueberries

Protein powder

2 Tbsp, vanilla-flavor

Dried chia seeds

1 Tbsp

Almond butter

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. In the base of a blender, add blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and ice cubes. Pour in milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
