Double Vanilla-Blueberry Smoothie
This smoothie is great as a meal or you can split it into two servings for a snack. For a thicker smoothie, freeze some almond milk in ice cube trays and swap some milk cubes for some of the milk before you blend the ingredients.
Unsweetened frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp, vanilla-flavor
Dried chia seeds
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- In the base of a blender, add blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and ice cubes. Pour in milk.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
- Serving size: 1 smoothie
