Simple, elegant, and so tasty, dill adds incredible freshness to this lovely appetizer. For casual parties, place the shrimp on a serving platter, garnish with dill and pass around with toothpicks. For a festive canapé, slice a cucumber into 3/4-inch rounds and hollow out about 1/2 inch of the flesh from each cucumber slice with a melon baller, being careful not to go all the way through. Finely dice the dressed shrimp and spoon it into the cavity in each cucumber. The diced, dressed shrimp is also a delicious filling for celery sticks as a snack.
