When served chilled, this Indian-inspired dip makes a delicious snack or appetizer. Accompany the perfectly spiced mixture with an assortment of crunchy veggies like cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, zucchini sticks, and carrot sticks. It also makes a terrific warm sauce and is an excellent partner for grilled chicken, fish, shellfish and pork. To heat, microwave the sauce on HIGH for 30 seconds or until its warm and becomes a pourable consistency. Make extra and turn the chilled yogurt mixture into a spread for pita sandwiches or a dressing for salads. Store in the refrigerator covered for up to one week.
