Using a ZeroPoint Food like air popped popcorn as a base leaves plenty of Points for other add-ins like roasted edamame and crispy rice crackers. Make a double batch of this savory snack for your next movie night, game night, or even dinner. We'll never judge.

Ingredients

Plain air popped popcorn (prepared without oil)

5 cup(s)

Cooking spray

3 spray(s)

Garlic powder

½ tsp

Table salt

½ tsp

Roasted seaweed snack

13 sheet(s), Crumbled (about 0.17 oz pack)

KA ME Rice Crunch Crackers, Wasabi

17 cracker(s), Broken up into small pieces

Dry roasted edamame snack (no oil)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, lightly coat the popcorn with the cooking spray. Sprinkle with the garlic powder and salt. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with the crumbled seaweed snacks.
  2. To the popcorn, add the edamame and rice crackers. Toss to combine.
  3. Serving = 2 3/4 cups of mix

Notes

A scant 1/4 cup of kernels cooks up to become about 5 cups of popped corn.
