15½ oz, rinsed and drained

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or silicone mat.

Pat the beans dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel and place on the prepared baking sheet. Coat the beans with cooking spray and sprinkle with the seasoning salt; stir gently to coat. Roast until the beans are dry and crisp to the touch, 35 to 38 minutes. Cool completely on the pan; store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
