Chopped frozen spinach

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and half of the Parmesan until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper, along with any other desired seasonings.

Add 1 wonton sheet to each cup of a 12-cup muffin pan. Bake 3 to 5 minutes, or until wonton sheets begin to stiffen.

Evenly divide the spinach filling among the cups. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Bake until cheese melts, 8 to 10 minutes.
