Ingredients
Uncooked skinless boneless chicken breast
1½ pound(s), cut into cubes
Egg whites

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Buffalo wing sauce

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and the egg whites.

In resealable, plastic gallon size bag, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Remove the chicken from the egg whites, letting excess egg drip off, and add to the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat chicken.

Arrange the chicken in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 12 to 16 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a clean medium bowl, stir together the buffalo sauce and honey. Add the cooked chicken and toss to coat. Serve with an optional garnish of chopped cilantro.
