Total time: 16 min • Prep: 1 min • Cook: 15 min • Serves: 12 • Difficulty: Easy

Packaged gnocchi cooks to an extremely munchable crispiness in the air fryer, with no oil necessary; simply coat with cooking spray and cook until lightly browned. It makes a delicious side dish or appetizer that requires almost no prep. Be sure to use vacuum-packed gnocchi, which you’ll find near the pasta in the grocery store; frozen gnocchi will be too soft.

4 spray(s)

Potato gnocchi

Jarred fat-free marinara sauce

1.5 cup(s)

1

Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. 2

Air-fry the gnocchi at 400°F until lightly browned and crisp, 13 to 15 minutes, pausing and shaking the basket every 4 minutes. Serve with the marinara sauce.
