Creamy Chocolate Dip

Wonderful with fresh fruit but also tasty with a thin layer of peanut butter on reduced-calorie whole wheat toast.
chickpeas (15 oz)1 ½ cup(s), loose skins removed, washed, drained
unsweetened cocoa powder3 Tbsp
fat free sweetened condensed milk3 Tbsp
hot water3 Tbsp
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Allow to set up in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
