Wonderful with fresh fruit but also tasty with a thin layer of peanut butter on reduced-calorie whole wheat toast.
- 1 1/2 cup(s) chickpeas (15 oz), loose skins removed, washed, drained
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 3 Tbsp fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Tbsp hot water
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Allow to set up in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
