Ingredients

chickpeas (15 oz)

1½ cup(s), loose skins removed, washed, drained

unsweetened cocoa powder

3 Tbsp

sugar

½ cup(s)

fat free sweetened condensed milk

3 Tbsp

hot water

3 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Allow to set up in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
