Give plain cranberry sauce a rest this year and try our slightly sweet-slightly tart version instead. It's chock-full of apricots with a hint of orange.
- 12 oz fresh cranberries, or frozen
- 1/2 cup(s) dried apricot halves, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1/4 cup(s) spreadable fruit, orange-flavor
Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Cook over medium-high heat until cranberries have popped, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve at room temperature.
