Olive oil cooking spray

1% low fat cottage cheese
1 cup(s)
Egg
2 item(s), large, beaten
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Garlic powder
¼ tsp
All-purpose flour
½ cup(s)
Store-bought pizza sauce
¼ cup(s)
Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup(s)
Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 Tbsp
Fresh basil
10 leaf/leaves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and coat with olive oil spray.

In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, egg, oregano, and garlic powder. Fold in the flour until combined.

On lined pan, spread cottage cheese mixture in a thin circle to form pizza dough base. Bake 20 minutes, until edges are browned.

Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano. Lightly spray with olive oil.

Bake another 12 or 18 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
