Cinnamon-apple baked oatmeal

Baking powder

Fat free skim milk

Apple
2 medium, unpeeled, cored, and shredded
Chopped pecans (unsalted, raw or dry roasted, no sugar added)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 3⁄4 cup water. Stir milk mixture into oat mixture; fold in shredded apples.

Coat an 11- X 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon in oat mixture and sprinkle evenly with pecans. Bake, uncovered, until set, 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces and serve warm with berries.
