For a fun chunky monkey vibe, we top this bowl of lightly sweetened Greek yogurt with sliced banana, crunchy nuts, and a drizzle of chocolate peanut butter. It’s a breakfast bowl that feels deliciously indulgent but is actually a very balanced meal.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol

1 tsp, optional

Banana

1 medium, sliced

Slivered almonds

2 Tbsp, toasted if desired

Chocolate peanut butter powder

2 Tbsp

Unsweetened coconut flakes

1½ Tbsp, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, stir together the yogurt and monk fruit sweetener, if using. Top with the banana and almonds. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter powder and 1 ½ tbsp water; add more water as needed, a few drops at a time, to reach a drizzle-able consistency. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the bowl; sprinkle with the coconut.
  2. Serving size: 1 bowl
