The combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana is always a winner. You can also swap in powdered almond butter, if you prefer. To turn this into a dessert reminiscent of a cannoli, microwave the pizzelle cook for about 20 to 30 seconds. Immediately remove the warm cookie and wrap it around a utensil handle (such as a peeler) to form a shell (or carefully shape shells with your hands).
