The combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana is always a winner. You can also swap in powdered almond butter, if you prefer. Look for either the peanut or almond variety of powdered butter next to the traditional jarred nut butters at your supermarket. To turn this into a dessert reminiscent of a cannoli, microwave the pizzelle cook for about 20 to 30 seconds. Immediately remove the warm cookie and wrap it around a utensil handle (such as a peeler) to form a shell (or carefully shape shells with your hands). Let it cool and then stuff with the remaining ingredients.
