Flavcity Chocolate Peanut Butter All In One Protein Smoothie

Fat free skim milk
1¼ cup(s)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¾ cup(s)
Vanilla extract

Baking powder
1 tsp
Lily's Baking chips dark chocolate
⅔ cup(s), divided
Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line and spray the cups of a 12-cup muffin pan.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the FlavCity protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Stir in the oats and half of the chocolate chips. Divide oat mixture among muffin pan cups. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until set in centers. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes before removing from pan.
