You really can’t beat the combination of acai, mixed berries, chocolate and creamy peanut butter in this refreshing smoothie bowl. It’s dense, smooth, and packed with fresh fruit flavor. Feel free to use your favorite variety of milk. We used almond milk which enhances its nuttiness, but coconut milk would provide some tropical flair. If you’re looking for a more neutral milk flavor, use plain cow’s milk. Although, if chose not to use a flavored protein powder, you may need to add some sweetener to taste. Look for acai near the frozen fruit in the freezer section at your supermarket.
