Make these drinks your own by swapping in different fruits and flavored seltzers. When peaches are in season, swap a one in for the frozen slices if you prefer. Cut 1 large peach in half and remove the pit. Cut each peach half into 4 wedges and then slice off the peels.

Ingredients

Unsweetened frozen peaches

5 oz, thawed

Ice cube

1 cup(s)

Carbonated lemon-lime soft drink

6 fl oz, chilled

Sparkling water

2 cup(s), or seltzer, orange-flavor, chilled

Raspberries

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Place peaches in a cocktail shaker; using a muddler or a wooden spoon, smash fruit into a thick paste. Spoon a heaping tbsp smashed fruit into each of 4 champagne glasses; add a couple of ice cubes.
  2. Pour 3 tbsp lemon-lime soda into each glass; top each with 1/2 cup sparkling water or seltzer. Add a few raspberries to each glass; garnish each with an optional peach slice.
  3. Serving size: scant 12 fl oz (plus ice)
