Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbsp

fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp

Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp

honey

2 tsp

table salt

1 pinch

uncooked kale

4 cup(s), baby variety

broccoli slaw

10 oz

uncooked Brussels sprouts

1 cup(s), sliced

fresh apple(s)

1 large, Fuji, diced or cut into julienne

fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl (or mason jar), combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, and salt. Whisk (or shake) until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, place kale, broccoli slaw, Brussels sprouts, apple, parsley, and almonds or seeds. Add dressing; toss to coat.
