Tastes just like the dressing from your favorite Japanese restaurant. Drizzle over crisp greens tossed with chopped apples, carrots and avocado.
Ingredients

uncooked carrot(s)

1 cup(s), baby variety

water

½ cup(s)

ginger root

2 Tbsp, fresh, minced

seasoned rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp

soy sauce

2 tsp

toasted sesame oil

2 tsp

honey

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine carrots and water in a small glass bowl; cover and microwave until carrots are soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour carrots and water into a blender or small food processor; add remaining ingredients and blend on high until nearly smooth. Chill before serving. Yields about 1 3/4 tablespoons per serving.
