Canned cannellini beans

15½ oz, rinsed and drained

Garlic

Red onion

2 Tbsp, chopped, minced

Fresh parsley

1 Tbsp, fresh, flat-leaf, finely chopped

Olive oil

1 Tbsp, extra-virgin

Water

1 Tbsp

Fresh lemon juice

2 tsp

Table salt

¼ tsp

Black pepper

⅛ tsp

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process to a spreadable consistency. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
