canned cannellini beans

15½ oz, rinsed and drained

garlic clove(s)

1 medium clove(s)

uncooked red onion(s)

2 Tbsp, chopped, minced

fresh parsley

1 Tbsp, fresh, flat-leaf, finely chopped

olive oil

1 Tbsp, extra-virgin

water

fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; process to a spreadable consistency. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
