Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil

White wine vinegar

Mixed greens

Canned salmon

3¾ oz, drained, drained and flaked

Cucumber

½ cup(s), thinly sliced

Cooked quinoa

2 Tbsp, fresh, chopped

Sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the oil, water, vinegar, and salt in a small serving bowl. Add the mixed greens and toss gently until the salad is evenly coated.
  2. Top with the salmon, cucumber, quinoa, dill, and almonds.
  3. Serving size: 1 salad
