A delicious combo of salty sweet popcorn and cake!
Ingredients
94% fat free microwave kettle corn
34 gm
Cashew butter (unsalted, no sugar or oil added)
1.5 Tbsp
Coconut oil
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
0.25 tsp
Almond extract
0.125 tsp
Rainbow sprinkles
2 Tbsp
Instructions

Pop popcorn per bag instructions, removing any unpopped kernels.

In a separate bowl, melt cashew butter with coconut oil. Stir in vanilla with both extracts.

Spread popcorn on lined baking sheet and cover with butter mixture. Gently mix and add in sprinkles.
