A delicious combo of salty sweet popcorn and cake!

Ingredients

94% fat free microwave kettle corn

34 gm, (1 mini bag)

Unsalted cashew butter

1½ Tbsp

Coconut oil

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

¼ tsp

Almond extract

tsp

Rainbow sprinkles

2 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Pop popcorn per bag instructions, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt cashew butter with coconut oil. Stir in vanilla with both extracts.
  3. Spread popcorn on lined baking sheet and cover with butter mixture. Gently mix and add in sprinkles.
