For the best results, make sure to rinse the turkey wings well under cold water and to pat them dry. This will help the seasoning stick and help the turkey skin get nice and brown and crisp. Serve with a fresh green salad or sauteed greens, and a side of corn bread or rice and beans.

Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp
Reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup(s)
Garlic powder
2 Tbsp
Poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp
Seasoning salt

Black pepper

Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp
Uncooked turkey wings with skin and bone
2 pound(s), 8 (4-oz) wings
Celery
2 rib(s), medium, diced
Uncooked onion
1 large, sliced

Preheat oven to 325℉.

In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, seasoning salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, rub oil and seasoning mixture all over turkey.

Spread celery and onion in bottom of a nonstick 9- X 13-inch baking dish; arrange turkey in a single layer over vegetables. Pour broth over turkey; cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes; remove foil and bake until browned, about 15 minute more.
