Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, sweetener, and paprika. Set aside.

Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle on medium-high. Season the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide the beef into 8 balls. Spread beef into thin layer on each of the tortillas.

Place a tortilla, beef side down, onto hot skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, until beef is cooked through.

Flip tortillas over and top each with 1/2 slice of cheese. Cover and cook until cheese melts. Transfer to a serving platter. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and reserved burger sauce.
