Poppable, sweet, a little tart, these yogurt-cloaked berries make a great snack to keep in the freezer year round. Feel free to swap out the blueberries for grapes or small strawberries. Tweak the yogurt mixture by swirling in a bit of cinnamon or almond extract in addition to the vanilla.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

0.25 cup(s)

Honey

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

0.5 tsp

Fresh blueberries

0.75 cup(s)

Instructions

1

Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.

2

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined. Working with 1 blueberry at a time, pierce with a toothpick and swirl in the yogurt mixture to coat. Place on the prepared plate. Repeating with remaining blueberries and yogurt.

3
