Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Poppable, sweet, a little tart, these yogurt-cloaked berries make a great snack to keep in the freezer year round. Feel free to swap out the blueberries for grapes or small strawberries. Tweak the yogurt mixture by swirling in a bit of cinnamon or almond extract in addition to the vanilla.
Ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
0.25 cup(s)
Honey
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
0.5 tsp
Fresh blueberries
0.75 cup(s)
Instructions

Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined. Working with 1 blueberry at a time, pierce with a toothpick and swirl in the yogurt mixture to coat. Place on the prepared plate. Repeating with remaining blueberries and yogurt.

Place blueberries in the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour. Transfer blueberries to a resealable ziptop bag. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
