peach(es)1 medium, peeled and sliced, or 1 cup frozen, sliced peaches
light artificially sweetened yogurt1 cup(s), peach-flavored
low-fat milk⅓ cup(s)
wheat germ1 Tbsp
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth.
- Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
