Better than any ice cream truck treat, these vibrant pops are like frozen cheesecake on a stick. Make sure to use frozen berries; not fresh for best results. Change the frozen fruit that you use to change the flavor profile and color of these refreshing treats. Thawed frozen raspberries, blackberries, mixed berries, and cherries are all wonderful blended to freeze into these icy indulgences. Try thawed frozen pineapple bits and mango chunks too.
