This fruit-and-veggie-packed smoothie is a quick, tasty way to get a lot of nutrients fast. Look for probiotic juice with no-added sugar, if you prefer. And try customizing the smoothie with your favorite flavor yogurt, other varieties of frozen fruit and juice, and by swapping in almond milk (or other milk types) for water.

Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

Probiotic juice

In the base of a blender, add the greens, frozen berries, and yogurt. Top with the juice, water, and ice. Blend until smooth.
